multilib-example.conf: explicitly overwrite the BASELIB

Currently, meta/conf/machine/include/x86/arch-x86.inc sets the BASE_LIB
for tune-x86 to "lib". Instead, explicitly overwrite the BASELIB to
better showcase what is happening inside.
