weston: Add missing DEPENDS on wayland-native

Weston needs wayland-scanner which comes from wayland-native. Add the missing
dependency to avoid build failures from:

bitbake wayland; bitbake wayland-native:do_clean weston:do_cleansstate; bitbake weston
