1. Overview

This website is designed to operate without cookies, tracking or third-party services. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, social media plug-ins, externally loaded fonts or embedded videos from third-party platforms. All fonts, images and videos are delivered from our own web server.

The only personal data processed when you visit this website are the technical connection data described in Section 3. Any further processing takes place only if you contact us yourself.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data center located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
When you access this website, the web server automatically records the following data in server log files:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of the request
  • requested page or file
  • referrer URL (the page from which you came)
  • browser type and version, operating system
  • transferred data volume and HTTP status code

This data is required to deliver the website, to ensure the stability and security of our systems and to detect and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website). The log files are [deleted or anonymized after no more than 14 days], unless a longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.

4. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). Data you transmit to our server cannot be read by third parties during transmission.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (e-mail address, name, content of your message and any attachments) to handle your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

Our e-mail system is operated using Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Data may be processed by Microsoft in the United States in individual cases; Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

We retain inquiries for as long as is necessary to process them and, where required, for the duration of the resulting business relationship. Statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law (up to ten years) remain unaffected.

6. Business partners, customers and suppliers

In the course of our business, we process personal data of contact persons at customers, suppliers and partners (name, business contact details, position, correspondence, contract data). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (maintenance of business relationships). Data is stored for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter in accordance with statutory retention periods.

7. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies of any kind and does not use web analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or similar technologies. A cookie banner is therefore not required. Should we introduce such services in the future, we will update this privacy policy beforehand and obtain your consent where legally required.

8. External links

This website contains links to external websites, such as the website of our parent company Dainty Gemmy. When you click on such a link, you leave our website. The respective operator is responsible for the processing of your data there.

9. Recipients of data

Within crispAudio GmbH, only those persons who require the data to fulfil their duties have access to it. We pass on personal data to third parties only where necessary for the purposes stated above (e.g. to our hosting and e-mail service providers as processors) or where we are legally obliged to do so.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
