Pure 7
A compact, software-less A²B audio booster designed for distributed automotive
audio systems. The Pure 7 focuses on efficient power amplification, while
configuration and system control remain fully external.
Key Characteristics
- 7-channel Class-D amplifier (4 × 20 W + 3 × 60 W)
- A²B connectivity (slave capable) for seamless integration
- Software-less design, fully configurable and diagnosable via A²B
- Optional local control (M0+) for autonomous configuration and diagnostics
- Integrated boost supply (250 W) for higher output power
Performance Overview
- Low-power channels: 20 W @ 14.4 V, 4 Ω, 1% THD (4x)
- High-power channels: 60 W @ 25 V, 4 Ω, 1% THD (3x)
- Peak capability: up to 70 W per channel @ 10% THD
- Optimized mixed power distribution within one compact unit
Integration & Automotive Readiness
- Operating voltage: 9 – 16 V
- Operating temperature: −40 °C to +85 °C
- Automotive-qualified components (AEC-Q100 / Q101)
- EMC and automotive compliance (ISO, CISPR ready)
- Off-the-shelf automotive connector for easy integration
- Simple mounting concept
- No ASPICE or cybersecurity overhead due to software-less design
Typical Use Cases
- A²B-based distributed amplifier nodes
- Head unit driven audio systems
- Zonal audio architectures
- Cost-optimized multi-channel amplification

System Concept
The Pure 7 is designed for architectures where audio processing (EQ, tuning, DSP) is handled in the head unit or central ECU, while the booster acts as a pure power stage. Configuration and monitoring are handled externally via A²B, reducing system complexity inside the amplifier.
